Weakening (衰) is the sixth phase of the 12 Lifecycle Phases. This stage represents a period of waning vitality, akin to the gradual decline that accompanies ageing. Energy diminishes, averaging out and beginning to falter. It reflects the inevitable decline that occurs after reaching the peak. This is known as a negative lifecycle phase, signifying a period of reduced strength and vitality.
